Have you heard about Yoga Today? Free Yoga delivered daily. No joke. Only problem for me is my internet connection is not fast enough to keep up with the player. The first day I tried this it took about 45 minutes to get through 15 minutes of an hour routine. This morning I took my laptop outside and mooched off a faster wireless connection and was blessed with 15 minutes of uninterupted yoga goodness, until Junior woke up. Still, quite refreshing to do yoga on my back patio with only Lola watching.
